This service is ideal for clients local to the Charlotte area who are building a home, renovating, or just redecorating and refreshing a space.
We will spend at least an hour in your home and will follow up with sources and suggestions for:
-Space Planning & Furniture Layout
-Paint Color Selections
-Fabric, Furniture, Tile & Lighting Selections
-Optional: Order Furniture, Accessories, Bedding etc.
If your home doesn’t require a major overhaul and you have some really great pieces that you love, we can also work with you to:
-“Shop your house” with items that you already own to create a cohesive and well-designed space.
-Styling: coffee tables, built-ins, etc.
-Creating a well styled gallery wall
-Suggestions of changes that you might want to implement in the future
-Anything you’d like! It’s YOUR time 🙂
We will give you the tools to be able to put together a well styled space that feels like a reflection of YOU (even if you can barely style a coffee table.)
*Fee: $650 (includes up to a three hour site visit along with a written follow up of sources and suggestions)
What you can expect from E-Design:
– A Virtual Room board with images of products/furniture
– A source list for items specified on the inspiration board with direct links to purchase as well as a hidden Pinterest board with all sources included.
-A custom design plan that breaks down each item chosen and how and where to place them in your space.
-1 revision in the event something doesn’t flow right or you’d like something changed (an hourly fee will be charged if you desire more modifications)
Upon payment,your tasks will be to:
- Take a fun design survey that will give us an overview of the space you are working on, your budget, challenges with the space and your design preferences
- Send us a few detailed (preferably natural light) photos of the space, and all necessary measurements.
- Share all the Pins! To give us an idea of your personal style and fabulous taste, we also recommend you send any inspirational photos or links to your Pinterest board.
Now comes the fun part:
- We’ll send you an email with any additional questions we may have regarding your survey and gorgeous pictures you’ve sent us. And we’ll even give you a call (if that’s something you have time for.) We love getting turning clients into friends and this is the first step in our relationship!
- We’ll create a design board based on all of the awesome things we’ve learned about you and your family. This will include the furniture, fabrics, paint etc. It will also include a link to a top secret Pinterest board that consists of all the sources for the items in the design plan. (A custom floor plan is even available upon request).
- Upon receiving your design board, you will have time to review everything and ask any questions that may not have been clear in the design plan written out for you. The more thorough your review, the more successful we can be if any revisions are necessary.
- You will have one round of revisions, if any more revisions are necessary you will be charged an hourly rate of $75 until you are happy and we’ve reached completion.
- Once your plan is complete you have the luxury of implementing and ordering these products that have been sourced for you. This will allow you to move at your own pace and complete the design plan on your own timeline.
